Pokemon Center Online 2020 Munchlax, Vanillite, Skwovet, Greedent, Gulpin & Morpeko Monthly Postcard Lottery Prize. It was never for sale in the Pokemon Center, toy stores, or anywhere.  It was only available to Pokemon Center Online members as a prize in the lottery, in October, 2020. Those members who saved up enough points could play the slot machine. This was one of the prizes. There is a different postcard available every month. This is a real Japanese postcard that can actually be used (of course it requires a stamp if you send). Great to send to your friends or keep and collect them.
