It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in September, 2020, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Trainers campaign #2. THERE WAS A LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AND IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. It has an adjustable strap in the back so you can make the hat larger or smaller (like a baseball cap). It is free size, so children can wear it as well as some adults. Made of polyester and cotton. Made in Vietnam, not China.
