Pokemon 2002 McDonalds Series #1 Wooper promo card. It is from the 1st series of McDonalds cards. It was given out at Japanese McDonalds restaurants back in January, 2002. If you bought a Happy Meal lunch set at McDonalds, you received one random card. Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.

Condition: Near mint condition. Never been played with. No noticeable creases or whitening on edges of card. There is a very tiny dent or nick on the top edge of the card and some very very fine surface scratches that you can see if you tilt the card in the light a certain way.
