DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, THEY WERE ONLY SOLD BY LOTTERY AT THE POKEMON CENTERS. The set contains 8 booster packs (each contain 5 random cards) plus 1 random (sealed) pack containing 2 cards numbered from 001-006 (Either 1x Rotom V + 1x Rotom Vstar or 1x Zacian V + 1x Zacian Vstar or 1x Zamazenta V + 1x Zamazenta Vstar).
