Holiday Shipping Information

Please note: During the holiday season shipping times can take longer than stated on our website. We work on average 12-15 hours per day to send your packages out as quickly as possible, but the mail seems to take longer during the holiday season (due to volume of packages, security checks, customs delays, etc). Keep in mind that the Japan post office is CLOSED on weekends and Japanese holidays, so please order early to insure that your package gets received before the holidays. 

We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a TRACKABLE service (Registered mail or EMS express mail) as mail can get misplaced or misrouted more easily during the holidays. "Regular airmail" is NOT trackable. If it is getting close to the holidays, we recommend EMS express mail. Its much faster than registered mail. Although it still may have delays, its the best chance of arriving on time. Every year a couple packages get misrouted or lost, so please keep this in mind when ordering. We want everyone to have a happy holiday season.

*** Unfortunately, after we send out your package, we have no control over how long the post office takes to deliver it. If your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us right away so we can track it for you, or we can provide you with the website where you can track it yourself. Please note that there is NO tracking number for regular airmail, so there is no way to know to track where it is.

In our area of Japan, we do not have FedEx, UPS, or any other overnight delivery service, so please order as early as you can to ensure that you have a happy holiday season.
