It was only at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in June, 2021, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Eevee Collection campaign. THERE WAS A LIMIT OF 2 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER!!! Laundry pouches are used in Japan to keep delicate items from getting damaged in the laundry machine. Made of polyester.
