Pokemon Center 2013 Vaporeon Jolteon Mobile Phone Strap

Pokemon Center 2013 Vaporeon & Jolteon mobile phone strap. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It is made to attach to a mobile phone or camera, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. The strap has a metal chain that is attached by a clip, so you can remove the chain from the strap to use it as a charm if you wish.  Made of metal.
