Pokemon Center 2017 Classroom Participation Prize Turtonator Promo Card #012/SM-P (Version #2)

Pokemon Center 2017 Pokemon Card Game Classroom Participation prize Turtonator promo card (Version #2). This card was given out to Japanese players who participated in a classroom event on how to play the Pokemon card game at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in January, 2017. Only given out  on the weekends of January 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29, 2017 in very limited quantity. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. There were 2 different versions of this card. One has a pokeball in the lower right corner and the other has a pokeball with a number "12" in the lower right corner. This is the version with the pokeball (with the number "12") in the lower right corner.
