Pokemon Center 2011 Best Wishes Snivy Tsutarja Neck Pouch

Pokemon Center 2011 Snivy Best Wishes neck pouch. Snivy is also known as Tsutarja in Japanese. This neck pouch was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in January, 2011, for a very limited time.  It has a zipper pocket on the top that opens up to the main storage compartment.  It has a long strap so you can carry it on your shoulder or around your neck..  Made of vinyl (soft plastic).
