Pokemon Center Tokyo Bay 2013 Grand Opening Inkay, Chespin, Fennekin, Clauncher, Dedenne & Friends A4 size clear file folder. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in November, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity (It was mainly sold at Tokyo Bay, but all of the other Pokemon Centers got a VERY small quantity of them). Tokyo Bay, located in Chiba, Japan, is the 8th Pokemon Center to open in Japan. It is Japanese size A4, so it fits normal size pieces of paper. The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store papers inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
