Pokemon Center Tokyo Bay 2013 Grand Opening Inkay, Fennekin, Chespin, Froakie, Dedenne & Friends ceramic mug. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in November, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity (It was mainly sold at Tokyo Bay, but all of the other Pokemon Centers got a VERY small quantity of them). Tokyo Bay, located in Chiba, Japan, is the 8th Pokemon Center to open in Japan. It comes in a cardboard box. Made of ceramic.
