Pokemon Center Tokyo Bay 2013 Grand Opening Pikachu, Inkay & Chespin set of 3 charms. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in November, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity (It was mainly sold at Tokyo Bay, but all of the other Pokemon Centers got a VERY small quantity of them). Tokyo Bay, located in Chiba, Japan, is the 8th Pokemon Center to open in Japan. This was one of the promotional goods from the grand opening. They have clips so that they can clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of metal.
