Pokemon Center Tokyo DX 2018 Grand Opening Pikachu gashapon figure #3 (Gentleman Version).  It was only sold in vending machines at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2018, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. These were very popular and you had to line up to buy them with a limit on how many you could buy. The figure came in a random capsule in the vending machine. There was 7 different versions. Its comes in a plastic capsule with booklet. Made of plastic. PLEASE NOTE: These are vending machine plastic figures, so the paint job will not always be 100% perfect.
