Pokemon Center Tohoku 2011 Grand Opening Snivy plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Center in Tohoku, Japan, back in 2011. It was never sold at any other Pokemon Center, only Tohoku. Made in very limited quantity. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
