Pokemon Center Tohoku 2017 Renewal Opening Poncho Pikachu Victini mascot plush keychain. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in June, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity to celebrate the renewal opening of the Tohoku Pokemon Center. Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not removeable). The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester).  NOTE: the way that this plush mascot is made, it will not stand up on its own.
