This limited edition set of 2 charms was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in June, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity to celebrate the renewal opening of the Tohoku Pokemon Center. It has a clip so that it clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
