Pokemon Center 2017 Togedemaru mascot plush keychain. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). It is made in the Philippines, not China.
