Pokemon Center Skytree Town 2016 Grand Opening Campaign Poncho Pikachu Rayquaza & Shiny Black Rayquaza set of 2 A4 size clear file folders. This limited edition set of 2 file folders was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the Pokemon Center Skytree Town Grand Opening Campaign. They are Japanese size A4, so they fit normal size pieces of paper. The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store papers inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
