Pokemon Center Sapporo 2016 Renewal Opening Snow Festival Campaign William S. Clark Pikachu Snow Sculpture plush toy. It was only available at the Sapporo Pokemon Center in Japan in December, 2016, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, to celebrate the renewal opening of the Sapporo Pokemon Center. Pikachu is standing next to a snow sculpture of William S. Clark who was an American professor who helped Hokkaido University in Japan during the agricultural revolution in 1867. He is famous for the "Boys, be ambitious" motto in Japan. There is a famous statue of William S. Clark in Hokkaido, Japan. Japanese people stand next to the statue and pose like William S. Clark. Pikachu is doing the same pose. Pikachu is sewn on to the snow statue and cannot be removed. See picture below of the famous sculpture. Made of soft material (polyester).  NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will stand up but leans to one side.
