Pokemon Center 2007 Darkrai, Dialga & Palkia ceramic mug lottery prize. It was only available in the "Ichiban Kuji" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2007. If you paid 500 yen (About $6.50) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. It was NOT FOR SALE at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores, or anywhere else. It was only available through the lottery. The odds of winning were VERY low. It comes in a cardboard box. Made of ceramic. Out of production.
