Pokemon Center 2016 Rubber Mascot Collection Series #2 Flareon rubber keychain.  It was only sold in vending machines at the Pokemon Center, in May, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It came in a random capsule. There was 8 different straps in the series. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber.
