Pokemon Center 2016 Psyduck Plush Toy (New Version)

Pokemon Center 2016 Psyduck plush toy (New Version). It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in December, 2016, for a very short time and in very limited quantity. It is very similar to the 2016 version that was made in May, but this one is very slightly smaller, it has a new style tag and it was made in the Philippines, not China. Made of soft material (polyester).
