Pokemon Center 2015 Pokemon With You Campaign Umbreon, Vaporeon, Victini, Vulpix & Friends A4 size clear file folder. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2015, for a very limited time during the Pokemon With You Campaign. The Pokemon With You campaign is a campaign run by the Pokemon Center to donate money to the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan. The Pokemon Center donates 100% of the profit from the items in the campaign to charity. It is Japanese size A4, so it fits normal size pieces of paper. This file folder is a little different from the others. The file opens up and there is a pocket on either side of the file folder so you can store papers inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
