Pokemon Center 2014 Pokemon Time Campaign #7 Scizor Dr. Grip ball point pen. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the Pokemon Time Campaign #7. It is called "Dr. Grip" because it has a nice comfortable grip. This ball point pen is well made. Made of plastic and metal.
