Pokemon Center 2022 Trubbish Mocchiri large size plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in March, 2022, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It is "mocchiri" which means that it is soft & squishy like mochi (Japanese rice cake). See a size comparison with a 16oz bottle of tea (tea not included). Made of soft material (polyester). It is made in Vietnam.
