I've been Brian's customer since about 2005. He helped me obtain various Japanese Pokémon products at very reasonable prices with very reasonable shipping. My shipments were always packed with extreme care. You can't go wrong with Pokevault!

I recently purchased for the first time a few months ago. Brian was great at communicating with me step by step of the packing and shipping process. My package arrived quickly and everything was packed securely and safely. Days after my first purchase I purchased again because I was so impressed with the overall experience and customer service. Thank you!

Any time I hear of new poliwhirl related merch, pokevault is my first go to. Pokevault offers reliably pricing and reliable service. Their customer service team is also top notch. I continue to be impressed by the quality of updates and merch on their site. For japanense merch no one compares.

I've been purchasing from Pokevault for years and the service has always been great. I get updates for my package right away and everything is safely well packed. When I had trouble with my country's custom and had to contact Pokevault, the staff replied fast and was incredibly helpful and polite. Will continue purchasing for years to come for sure.
