Pokemon 2013 Bandai Pokemon Kids X & Y "New Encounter" series Pikachu figure. It was only sold at the Pokemon Center and a handful of toy stores in Japan, in December, 2013. Made in very limited quantity and only sold for a very short time. Comes with a piece of Lamune flavored candy and a sticker. Made of plastic.
