It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2021, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the traditional Japanese "Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter" campaign. A "Tenugui" is a traditional Japanese cotton towel that Japanese people have been using since the 9th century. These multi-purpose cloths can be used as hand towels, dishcloths, napkins, place mats, or headbands. It is made of 100% cotton.
