It was only at the Pokemon Center in Japan, in August, 2022, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, to promote the grand opening of the Okinawa Pokemon Center. It has a zipper that runs along the top to open and close the pouch. This is a flat type pouch. It is perfect for storing makeup, game supplies, travel items, or just about anything. Made of cotton.
