Pokemon Center 2017 Eevee Poncho Campaign Jolteon plush toy. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Eevee Poncho campaign. Eevee is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not totally removable, but you pull the hood back). Made of soft material (polyester).
