Pokemon Cafe 2018 Halloween Pumpkin Shaped Shaped Plate. This plate was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was only available if you had lunch or dinner at the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo. The Pokemon Cafe does not allow people to eat there unless you have a reservation, so you had to make a reservation more than a month in advance. If you purchased a special Pikachu Halloween platter in September or October, 2018, you received this plate (food not included). Made of plastic.
