It was only sold at the Pokemon Center in Japan, in 2014, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemikke Campaign #1. It has a zipper on the side to open and close the coin purse. It also has a clip so you can attach it to your purse, bag, or anything else that you want to attach it to. Made of soft material.
