This limited edition plush toy was only sold at the Pokemon Centers and license retailers in Japan for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, in May, 2014. It is part of the JFA (Japan Football Association) official goods released for the World Cup Soccer Tournament. It has clips on its feet so you can attach it to your clothes or you can also attach it to papers, etc (see picture below). Made of soft material (polyester).
