Pokemon 2014 Banpresto lottery prize "I Love Pikachu & I Love Eievui In My Room" series Pikachu plush curatin tassel. This plush curtain tassel was never sold in any store, Pokemon Center, or any other location. It was a prize in the lottery at a handful of participating book stores and video game stores throughout Japan in February and March, 2014. This is prize level "E" which is the 5th place prize. It can be used as a plush toy, but it is actually made as a curtain tassel. It comes with a ribbon attached to its arms that you can tie onto your curtains to hold them open (or anything else you want to tie it onto). See the other pictures to see how to use it. Made of polyester. NOTE: The way that this plush curtain tassel is made, it will not stand up on its own.
