It was only sold in Japan at the Pokemon Centers, starting in January, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Adventure Goods campaign. The Adventure Goods campaign featured Pokemon with special items that you need for your adventures in the Pokemon video games. This is not a skin or a sticker. It is a clear plastic cover. This cover can only be used with the Nintendo 3DSLL game system. Made of clear, hard plastic.
