It was only available at the Japan Pokemon Centers, in November, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the New Years campaign. They are real Japanese postcards that can actually be used (of course it requires a stamp if you send). The set comes with 2 of each design. Great to send to your friends or keep and collect them.
