Pokemon Center 2017 Shinzi Katoh Little Tales Campaign #4 Pikachu (Male & Female), Chatot, Pichu & Whismur wire pouch. This limited edition pouch was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, in March, 2017, during the Little Tales campaign #4. This was part of the limited edition hand-drawn collaboration with designer Shinzi Katoh. It has a zipper that runs along the top to open and close the pouch. Inside there are 2 pockets. The pouch is called a wire pouch because there is a wire frame inside the top of the pouch so that the pouch keeps its shape. Made of polypropene (like immitation leather).
