Pokemon Center 2015 Hip Hop Parade Campaign Piplup mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2015, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Hip Hop Parade Campaign. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. In addition, it has a removeable strap so you can attach it to your mobile phone or camera. NOTE: The way that this plush keychain is made, it will not stand up on its own.
