This charm set was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in September, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Halloween Time Campaign. Each charm has a clip so that it can clip on to bags, keyrings, bracelets or any other item that you wish to attach it to.
