Pokemon 2009 Giratina Tomy 2" Moncolle Plus Plastic Figure P-21
Ｐokemon 2009 Giratina 2" TakaraTomy Moncolle Plus series plastic figure. This figure was sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, starting in July, 2009. It is part of the Tomy Pokemon Moncolle Plus Collection. "Moncolle" means "Monster Collection" in Japanese. This series is slightly different than the other TakaraTomy figure series. The figures can actually be used in a battle game if you buy the device to play the game (not included). The figure comes connected to a gray, plastic base and cannot be removed from the base. On the bottom of the base, it has metal sensors which can be read by a special device in order to play the battle game. This is why the figures cost more than the normal TakaraTomy figures.
