Pokemon Center 2013 Eevee Rubber Strap Series #2
Pokemon Center 2013 Eevee rubber strap (Series #2). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in August, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It came inside a box with one random strap inside. There was 8 different straps (plus a rare Sylveon that was not sold in boxes) in the series. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber. NOTE: box not included.
