Pokemon 2009 DPt3 Pulse of the Frontier Absol Electivire Rayquaza Medium Size Card Binder

Pokemon Center 2009 DPt3 Pulse of the Frontier series Absol, Electivire & Rayquaza medium size card binder. (4 pocket type). It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, back in March, 2009. It opens up like an album.  It is the 4 pocket type mini card binder with 20 pages that each hold 4 cards. You can also put cards on the other side of the page, so it can hold approximately 160 cards. Made of plastic. The number of pages is fixed and pages cannot be added. The 2nd picture shows the back side of the binder. The binder is EMPTY. You put your own cards in the binder. Out of production.
