Pokemon Center Sapporo 2016 Renewal Opening Snow Festival Campaign Alolan Vulpix & Pikachu rubber strap. IT WAS NOT SOLD IN ANY POKEMON CENTER OR ANYPLACE ELSE. It was only given out when you purchased 4000 yen (about $36) at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, during the Sapporo Renewal Snow Festival campaign. It was only given out for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It has a strap so you can attach it to your mobile phone, bag, keyring, luggage, camera, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of very thin clear rubber.
