Pokemon Beams 2013 Mewtwo EX Jumbo Size Promo Card. This card is JUMBO SIZE. It is much bigger than a normal card. It measures 8" x 5.6" (20cm x 14.5cm). This card was only available at Beams clothing stores in Japan for a very limited time in April, 2013. Limited Edition only 10,000 made for all of Japan. The first 10,000 people who purchased a Pikachu plush toy at Beams stores in Japan received one Jumbo size promo card (Either Pikachu or Mewtwo). It was not available at the Pokemon Center or any other stores. Only available through a very limited offer from Beams. There was also a limit of one per person. Notice the "Beams" logo on the middle right side of the card.
