Pokemon 2011 BW#4 Dark Rush series Tornadus EX Secret Rare holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the BW#4 Dark Rush series that was released in December, 2011. This is one of the secret rare random inserts in this series. The odds of getting it were very very low. This card looks alot better than the picture. It has gold trim and sparkles. Very beautiful card. Only sold in Japan.
