Pokemon Center 2019 Rubber Mascot Collection Alola Version Alolan Sandshrew rubber keychain.  It was only sold in vending machines at the Pokemon Center, in January, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The keychain came inside a random capsule. There was 8 different straps in the series. It has a chain, so you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber. Comes inside a plastic capsule.
