Pokemon Center 2016 Alolan Raichu Plush Toy

Pokemon Center 2016 Alolan Raichu plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in December, 2016, for a very short time and in very limited quantity. There was a strict 10 per person limit at the Pokemon Centers. It is made in the Philippines, not China. Made of soft material (polyester).  NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it does not stand up on its own.
