Pokemon 2001 Neo #4 series Shiny Celebi triple star ultra rare holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the Neo #4 series that was released in April, 2001. Only sold in Japan. This is one of the 8 triple star ultra rare holofoils in this set (Charizard, Celebi, Steelix, Kabutops, Raichu, Mewtwo, Tyranitar and Noctowl). This was the only set that produced such a large quantity of ultra rare cards. Extremely difficult to get. It was a random insert in the booster packs. The odds of getting one were very very low. It bears the 3 black stars (triple star) mark on the bottom right corner of the card. The card looks much better than the picture. The Celebi is a nice silver, gold and red color. Only the Celebi part of the card is a holofoil. The rest of the background is not. Very nicely made. The Out of production.
