Pokemon 2000 Fan Club Member 700 point redemption prize Porygon holofoil promo card. This card was from the original Pokemon Fan Club (Before Daisuki Club and before the Players Club). It was only available to Japanese Fan Club members who reached the 700 point level, which was the very top level on the old point scale. If you were lucky enough to reach the 700 point level, you were awarded this card. If is part of the "GET" campaign from the Pokemon Fan Club. If you look real closely, you will see the word "GET" in Japanese and English on the right middle side of the card. See "Additional Images" for a closeup of the logo. The original Pokemon Fan Club closed down many years ago when it changed to the Players Club (which is also closed down). You will also receive one sheet of energy markers that came with the card (made of paper). Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs. Out of production.
