This card was only available if you pre-ordered the Nintendo DS  Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition video game which was very expensive. It came inside the video game for a very limited time during the pre-order period (Video game NOT INCLUDED). Notice the Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition logo on the middle right side of the card (In Japanese). Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. It comes sealed in its original plastic wrapper.
